📚 Booking an Appointment:

• £15 Non - Refundable deposit required to secure your slot

• Deposit is transferable if rescheduling up to 2 times

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit

Due to limited space, no guests allowed - unless accompanying a child under 16.

⏰ Punctuality:

• Please arrive on time to avoid delays.

• No late fees, but a 30-minute grace period is given.

• Appointments will be cancelled after 30 minutes of lateness.

🧼 How Should I Come to My Appointment?

• Hair must be at least 4 inches long.

• Come with hair freshly washed (1–2 days prior), product-free, and blow-dried.

• Need help with prep? Add a wash & blow-dry service at least 48 hours in advance.

Nope! All braiding hair is included in the price.
